ello! I am Claire from Your Birth Midwifery.
I BELIEVE
IN the power of birthing people
I am Your Birth Midwifery, a private midwife offering continuity of care and homebirth options to women and birthing people from Strathbogie to Shepparton to Mansfield, Yackandandah, Myrtleford, Albury-Wodonga, Cobram, Echuca and beyond!
I created Your Birth Midwifery in 2020 just after the birth of our son (#TheLittlestBirthWorker) to fill a gap in the maternity choices available in this region.
I am active on social media @YourBirthMidwifery and have a strong following of locals and people worldwide who are keen to become better educated about the nature of physiological birth and more empowered in their choices around their own, unique journey.
Services Available
Offer a private, continuity of care model of midwifery to women and all birthing people in the North East and Border region of Victoria and New South Wales.
Continuity of midwifery care is a well-established gold standard of pregnancy, birth and postpartum care that is shown to improve outcomes and experiences for women, birthing people, and their babies.
Unfortunately it is not always readily available, and not always provided the way it was intended.
My Services include
- Pre-Conception education & support.
- Ante-Natal care.
- Birth Education classes.
- Labour & Birthing support.
- Post-Partum support for up to 6 weeks post birth for you and baby.
- All blood work, scans and referrals to specialists if required.
- All appointments available in the comfort of your own home.
- Medicare rebates are available.
Depending on my availability, I can customise a care package to your needs regardless of where you plan to birth or who you plan to birth with.
